in the above rates. In addition, please familiarize yourself with
the limits of liability that exist within your chosen travel insurance
policy. AsOne, LLC, Brothers & Sisters Online, Move Your Body
Entertainment, and all partners are only (financially) responsible
for circumstances reasonably within their control. You are advised
to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances
including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, delays, cancellations,
and/or default of any carrier, hotelier, cruise line, or transfer/tour
company associated with the 2010 Soul Siesta. Any cancellations and/or
modifications effected through your own choice, without travel insurance,
may result in loss of all monies paid. Soul Siesta offers travel insurance
with your package purchase - details can be found at Travel
Protection. Travel insurance rates are available at Travel
Protection Rates. The purchase of travel insurance is optional
and not required for participation in the 2010 Soul Siesta. If inclement
weather causes the change and/or cancellation of any Soul Siesta event,
no refunds will issued. Instead, every effort will be made to provide
alternative events at equal the value. Payment of deposit indicates
your full acceptance of the terms and conditions listed above. |
